Wholesaler Software, Wsaler32, was originally designed specifically for the bakery industry, but was later adapted to encompass all wholesale business that supplied goods on a regular basis to mainly the same set of customers.

The software has a comprehensive database incorporating:-

• Customer database
• Supplier database
• Ingredient database
• Recipe database
• Product database
• Price list database

It also has a dynamic daily database which contains:-

• Standing orders
• Current orders
• Deliveries (orders that have been delivered but not invoiced)
• Invoices (orders that have been delivered and invoiced)
• Accounts

The software allows you, on a daily basis, to:-

• Convert standing orders into current orders for delivery the next day
• Convert advance standing orders into current orders for a later date
• Print production lists
• Print delivery notes

And on a weekly basis (though these facilities can be carried out at other intervals):-

• Print and/or email invoices
• Enter receipts
• Print and/or email statements

Other facilities include:-

• Stock control
• Ingredient control
• Export of account info to Sage
• Multiple reports that can be exported to Excel or emailed to a recipient
• Web ordering and import of orders (we can supply the web pages)
• EDI Ordering and Invoicing
