Wsaler32 is a Windows Programme which was initially designed specifically for the Wholesale Bakery industry. It was later expanded to handle any daily or periodic sales patterns of any type of product.

The cyclic procedure would follow this pattern:-

• Each day

1. Convert Standing Orders first thing in the morning.
2. Enter orders manually from telephone messages etc. throughout the day.
3. Edit orders (from S/O if variations have been notified).

• At end of each day

1. Edit deliveries if there are product returns.
2. Import orders from Website (if Web Ordering is used)
3. Print Production Lists
4. Print Van and Packing Lists etc.
5. Print delivery notes

• At the end of the week

1. Print Invoices (and/or email them).
2. Enter cash receipts
3. Print and/or email statements

• Periodically

1. Run reports as required for management purposes.

Orders can also be imported via EDI and Invoices can also be sent by the same method.

Fixed Data

There is a full database containing all your fixed date such as customer details, product details and prices, standing orders, Ingredients, recipes and suppliers.
